Banco Macro, one of the private banks with an important development in Argentina in the last few years, has finally arrived to Uruguay through the acquisition of a majority of equity of well-known investing company and trust fund administrator Red Innova.

Olivera & Delpiazzo represented the sellers and Red Innova in the transaction. In addition, the firm worked in the registration of Red Innova as a trust fund administrator before the Capital Market Registry of the Central Bank of Uruguay, to which the purchase agreement was conditioned.
