Olivera & Delpiazzo represented French financial company Crédit Agricole (one of Europe's major financial groups) during the acquisition from Cabal Uruguay S.A., of 95% equity share of Emprendimientos de Valor S.A.

Emprendimientos de Valor S.A. is the issuer of CABAL credit card and one of Uruguay's major credit management companies. The acquisition of a controlling interest of Emprendimientos de Valor S.A. by Crédit Agricole S.A. expands the already strong position of the group in the Uruguayan financial market.
