With more than 25 years of academic and professional experience, Ricardo Olivera García published "Studies on Corporate Law" ("Estudios de Derecho Societario").

This publication, which has been prologued by the eminent jurist Héctor Alegría, collects thirty-two scientific papers on Corporate Law, produced by the author during its fruitful academic career. These papers were "spread -and, in some cases, almost lost- through different national and foreign publications", says the author in the presentation of his work.
